Be very careful. With Facebook deleting fans by the thousands, you may end up with fan pages that drop down to nothing if you buy from someone who added fake fans to the pages. I agree with the other person who said it's best to do your own.

I have a funny story for this. The niche i made my facebook fanpage in is pretty popular, So popular in fact that the first person i invited wanted to be an admin! So i figured sure why not, So i made her one. I neglected that page for a while because of other things going on, But she would contact me once and a while asking questions, Advice etc. Next thing i know the page is fully designed, over 12,000 legit organic likes and 33 admins. and so much comment activity i can't even keep up with it any more! I did not have to do a single thing!

I got lucky, very lucky. But i learned something, And the moral of this little story? Make one yourself and outsource it to random people and hope they don't jack it on yeah!

Always been careful when buying fanpages. I've been scammed a couple of times when I first started. I'm not too sure where to buy fanpages nowadays, but I remember about a year ago, ******* had a few good sellers on there which are still around now on skype selling fanpages.

Free software to do what? Build a fan page lol.
You should listen to people here and really build your own page if you want it to see some results. You don't want fake accounts, comments and likes deleted.
