Hmm what could he possibly want by posting in the "Site Flipping" section.. Obviously he is looking to sell his site, doesn't take a genius to work that out.
By the sounds of you're site is new which means you could probably get the domain registration fee at most.

Do you want someone to help you flip your site, or do you want to sell to someone who will flip it themselves? The latter means you'd get practically no money right now. If you're looking at flipping it, you'll need to get some good unique content up there - either by doing it yourself or paying someone to create it - and you'll need to get traffic rolling in by promoting it. This you can achieve by posting blog comments, posting on forums, Twitter, Facebook and so on. And then you need to monetise it, because no-one is going to pay for a site with no revenue. You can find great tips on how to do all of this on these forums.
