links from bad neighborhood

i have a website with some links ( app 20 from a total of 150 ) from bad neighborhood.

I think they are bad because they are poor spun content and the article directories are now deindexed bei google.

My problem is that i can not log in and delete the links and the webmasters are not responding.

I do not want to move to a new domain name. The Domain is 3 Years old and has a PR of 3.

Any suggestons ?

Contact your hosting provider and gain access to control panel. Take back your control! Always have access to your sites....Regardless if you have a webmaster or not.....

Think about this, if you owned a business in the real world (not online), would you give someone else the key to the property but not have a key for yourself? NO! So why do this in the internet business world? Always have the "master key" but give your employees just a spare key!!!!

Ignore it and move on...

You'll waste too much valuable time trying to remove links; and it's nigh on impossible most of the time.

Just concentrate on building new ones!

maybe it is due to my bad english you got me wrong.
I habe backlinks pointing to my site that are from article directories and i can not delete them.

I caught what you are asking. You need to remove your bad back links from where they poiting to your site. And You contacted the site owners, they are not responding you. Right? Well. Thats no problem man. There are many services going on in the internet like link removal services.

You can contact the link removal service providers so that it will be finished very simple. They may charge you a little bit money because its just 20 links only. No need of moving your domain to new domain!

I don't think they they matter much much as long as you have enough no of good links.

stop wasting time with things that beyond your control. If you only have 150 links then you should be more worried about those than links from bad neighbourhoods. live long enough online and you can be 100% certain that this will happen.

Sometimes when you look for perfection you end up not doing what is needed. And please don't listen to people who tell you that this or that site is a bad neighbourhood. They are only out to create a service out of your ignorance.
