OK, I have read many of the posts on this thread both pro?s and con?s about banning this guy and hopefully I'm not letting my *ss overload my mouth here.

While trying to scam one of your own might not be an acceptable thing to do has anyone stopped to think that he most likely came up with this idea from reading and obviously learning, albeit not very well, from the threads on how to e-whore posted on this very forum.

Ban him I don?t think so he?ll just be back, putting ?LADYBOY CRUSHED? or some such thing is a stroke of genius. Always remember my friend no matter how smart you think you are there is always somebody smarter than you and that's the problem - never underestimate anyone ever!

I think he should be required to make a $500 contribution to the contest prize money if he does not want to be banned. An eye for an eye, so to speak, since that is the amount he was attempting to deprive the real contestants from winning.

I think people here generally overestimate the actual power of a ban.

I voted NO ban, mainly because he has taken the humiliation really well and is still here, I am surprised he hasn't deleted his account and ran away. I know if it was me and I got caught doing such a stupid thing I probably would have left solely based on the embarrassment.

It is the same thing as buying something in a BST thread and then trying to sell it to people for a discount which I believe is an automatic ban, very shady and unacceptable.

I think it's a bit silly to ban him, for a lot of reasons that have already been stated. I will add that I think it's silly to ban someone for e-whoring and then to have an e-whoring section. Pretending to be a girl to win some online contest is LAME! But it's a childish mistake and it sounds like others have tried it too (I can't get the original thread to come up, so I'm just reading the posts here). Plus if he gets a perma-ban, he could just come back under a different screen name.

Like someone else said, why force him into the shadows? He's already under the spotlight, so if he screws up again everyone will know.

I think the ladyboy tagline is hilarious BTW, that's what pulled me in here :behindsof
