I tryed searching every where and cant find a answer.. Can someone give me a step by step guide on what is required and how to upload a facebook viral app script. Thanks!

Very vague question. Upload where? To Facebook? To your server? To another computer? What app? Are you familiar with working with the FB API? Are you familiar with coding a site or using WordPress or Joomla?
Besides I have never heard of uploading a viral app, except to your server. That is where most are run from, a website and have to be integrated into Facebook via the API or one of the coding apps on FB. If you are asking to upload to FB, you will never find an answer, because you cannot upload to FB.
No, step 1 is get a web hosting
Do u have the Script for the APPS?
If u have then this is the steps..
1.Go to Fb developer n create a APPS--u need the API Secret N APP ID
2.goto the config of the coding n change the API n APP ID
3.Upload to hosting-suggest u use a hostgator hosting since it has shared SSL..
4.Copy the link location of the apps n paste it on apps url on the developer page
4.Run n Test

If you don't know what you want, you won't find the answer when searching. so its better to Hire someone to do the installation. DONE in 1 step

Facebook applications are not true applications in the sense of the word. You do not download or install Facebook apps... they are more like web applications that you log in to with your Facebook account.Virul application in true sense are not uploaded because non-permited documents or any other materials are accepted by facebook. If your C# app is a desktop application, then you have still chance to integrate it with Facebook.You might want to start with authorizing and authentication for Desktop applications.And do a bit of poking around in that wiki to find out more.
Do you know any programing/script languages, Javascript, PHP etc? Doe you know what an API is? Do you know what OAuth 2.0 is? Social graph? Collect optins through Aweber?
The FB API, what you are writing to, is not that easy to use. There is very little actual documentation to use and since the FB developer forums were closed and moved to a FB page, it's hard to get any real help.
Based on your question, I'd suggest you buy an app or hire someone to write it for you.
