Fresh Content Every HOUR
Auto Post to my fan page (website fanpage)
Auto Post to 3 Twitter account (total about 3k Followers)
Cloudflare setup
Infinite Bandwith
Custom Script - Not some nulled crap
CPM advertising - Anywhere from 0.2-0.5 CPM - Varies increases with no. of click. According to my advertiser they count ALL page views.

You can earn money almost on auto pilot. I have an RSS feed setup and you can auto post to facebook and twitter. You dont have to do a thing. It will auto post the memes. This is a good way to monetise your social networks. I will do all the heavy lifting - managing spam, posting regular content and all the other maintenance activities. Also I am doing SEO on the website. Social bookmarking, wiki posting etc.

The best part: I will take only a 10-20% share and the rest will be divided among the other members. Payout will be to your paypal. I have no idea the amount of money we can make. It is all dependant on your traffic.
No minimum fans/followers. You will get paid proportionally to the amount of traffic you send.

Now I'm sure I come across as a real dickhead, but facts are facts. Why should anyone even give you 20% of their earnings? You don't do anything with the traffic, just shitty CPM advertising.

It takes time and lots of work to get a meme site setup. If you have the necessary experience with setting up a website and have enough money then go ahead. This JV is not for you.
My script is custom and cached has fast load times therefore more audience retention. I have put lots of work in making sure the website is super fast. This JV is for people who value their time and have more important projects to take care of. This JV is for people who have NO experience whatesover with hosting or people who dont have time. Also, I am not looking for people with Millions of fans. This is for people with lower fanpages because usually if you setup your own meme site it is EXTREMELY difficult to get ads setup. It is difficult to monetise a meme site ask anybody. As the amount of traffic increases you can get better advertisers and higher CPM rates. Something that you cannot accomplish if you start up a new site.

Ok Guys have some more accurate stats.
On a Twitter account with 10k followers from a random niche expect to make around $3-5/day if you make a couple of posts. If you put up 24 posts a day ( I can automate it) I think you can hit $10/day with a 10k real followers account. Also if your niche likes funny pictures then it will be a lot higher.
Let me know if anybody is interested here are some approx stats. We can do a 2 day test to see how much we earn.
10k Real ( Twitter) (Random Niche)- Approx $10/day ( 1 Tweet/hour)
10k Real ( Twitter) (funny niche)- Approx $15/day ( 1 Tweet/hour)
If you have a 100k Twitter account i think we can hit at least $100-150/day
