I hire the friends of mine who are still in the college, and they scored grade 5 of 6 in our national English test.. These guy don't know anything about internet marketing, article pay rates etc.. they even feel excited if any chance for them to work in McDonald XD!!

That really is a pathetic rate. I know webmasters usually want everything for nothing, but Google's recent updates make it even more important to have high quality content on-site and that will come at a price.

No writer worth their salt is going to accept rates that low IMHO and deliver quality continuously.

For copy writing? Lol, unless he is awesome at psychology I wouldn't even pay him $0.01 an hour. Anyone can go to sites like WF and copy their sales copy, but very few can actually write copy that is ultra targeted and converts like hot cakes for the target audience. It isn't about cheap or beautiful writing, it is about psychological triggers for ad copy. I am really ashamed to see people confuse the 2.

Totally agree with you. Quality is really important, whereas a good quality is also mandatory.

I completely disagree. The market for high-quality writing isn't touched by this sort of thing.
