if paypal allows you to do so, you can. paypal allows you add new bank account or credit card to receive your payment.

I have a Paypal account, verified. However when I try to charge customer it gives them error "This card cannot be used for this kind of payment" This error happened with several cards (master, Visa, credit and debit) Can this be fixed?
