Are yesterdays (Tuesday) reports coming in slowly? I noticed some have not come through yet.

Only 5% of the reports are delayed due to a snag in one of our dedicated servers. They should be uploaded in 12 hours.

I would like to possibly test this service for a month without recurring monthly charges, is this possible? Thanks!

Ok sign up e-mail came through eventually - I can't say your sign-up process is great, not really sure what is going on, appears to be nothing in the 'Support Center' other than a couple of fields to add URL/keywords. When will I know you have completed the work?

1)save url and keywords.
2)Open support tickets.
3)Download Reports

We track the billing side manually to make sure no weekend discrepancies enter into the reporting schedule.
Not sure what other Features are required. if you think any other features are required pls let me know.

Also you signed up today,so the first set of reports would be available next week(next Tuesday to be precise).
