this is an scam. After more than 60 days waiting all I receive from secondeye today was this message :
"Hello,I tell to bank that I sell Fragrances on Ebay and Amzon. They want more details.. Please explain a bit more in clear words so that I can re submit the details.
Provide a detailed explanation of your source of income and/or business type

I paid to him also for a site, which he never created, to use it as an explanation to could get the account. Also I had to email to him my passport when he first told it was not neccesary .
I confirm that this is an scam. Secondeye should be banned from this great forum.

I made the payment using paypal on 29 Jul 2012. to [email protected] , account name Sing Louis Lee for 390 usd.

We have described every detail to you in PM that It took time for more than 3-5 weeks but it took more than that because you sent your documents after 2 weeks.
Your Order was processed on 12 September after receiving your details from your side
