Waterproofiphones.com What to do?

Hi, All I own Waterproofiphones c.o.m purchased it from an auction some time ago. I had it running adsense on a niche site and never had any trouble pulling in income. The site is no longer up.

As of now it points to another domain name of mine, Im interested in knowing what some of you creative minds would do with it. (Joint Venture with me?)

I know Apple has spoken to Hz0 and Liquipel about waterproofing, But my onl thoughts would be to sell waerproofcases under the domain name or just keep it feeding traffic to a ecommerce store im launching soon.

I understand there could be a trademark issue so possibly keeping it redirected it better. But im open to opinions to all.

I wouldn't imagine there being any Trademark issues as "Waterproof" is a pretty universal term though there is "Iphone" in the domain. Here is my suggestion.

1st Don't directly make an offer to a company, let them come to you. This will save you a lot of potential trouble if there would be any with this domain.

2nd This is what I would do if I owned it. Either put the site back up with AdSense and sell it on Flippa if you're wanting to sell it once it has brought in some income or option 2 which is what I would do. Create an eCommerce store and put up affiliate banners and possible even an Amazon store and earn commissions from sales.
