Phone number and email address Crawler/Bot

Hi there,

I need a bot/web crawler that can scrape email addresses and phone numbers for every target-able business in the northwest of the UK that may require SEO servcies. Possibly from Yellow pages or something similar. I have seen good products for the US but nothing for the UK. Can anyone help with this ?
