Ranking High on YT and G

So I made a video, uploaded it and got it to rank on the first page of YT search and G search.

G search: Keyword 1> 1st page, #9
G search: Keyword 2> 1st page, #8
G search: Keyword 3> 2nd page, #2

YT search:
Keyword 1> 1st page, #3
Keyword 2> 1st page, #9

I have the views, comments, favorites and likes. Title and description are also optimized. How can I rank it higher? Am I missing something? I'm thinking backlinks to the video?

Btw, It's a 3 week old video. Has been holding it's position since about the end of 1st week or so.

I recommend you to get some backlinks, for example social bookmarks. You can get 600 for 3$ here at BST (bookmark hero).
