You guys are so sure this isn't fraud. Good for you. Here is Australia we have something called Obtain benefit by Deception, which falls under the fraud banner. The benefit is the commission. The deception is also obvious. There was no phone, contract, etc, ever. You cant hide because you want the commission and need to receive same. Thus they can find you.
But its what you are comfortable with. Just dont be so sure its not fraud. It may be a gray area and that's what courts are for. But I prefer to stay out of court these days.

No really though, if you instruct them to let you know when they finished the credit report, but don't ask for it directly, that is a start. Also, a simple "thank you so much for applying, but we have sold all of the sim-cards" should put people at ease. It happens all the time with real offers of any "limited" flavor.
If you really wanted to fudge it, you could give an excuse. Say that this was a special promo, there was a small team of employees promoting the offer and you were on commission. Some co-worker simply beat you to the punch on the last contract.

for ex. use amazon affiliate acct. to advertise the items on CL.

you ASK the intrested party to complete a credit check on themself using a ref link from ur affiliate network.
if they complete it you get paid, if they dont you wont get paid..
now there is nothing that says you urself will credit check em etc.,.
i dont see nothing illegal here but im not vouching for nothing!

whats the diff in getting a person to do a credit check or fill an email submit but incentivizing them in any way?
its against the terms and conditions of the company but not the law..
think logic people..

Just thought I would report on my efforts. First, though Kammy gives you the "gist" of what you need to do, I found this method requires HEAVY modification to reach it's full potential. Do not copy Kammys ad. I checked his London ad and honestly, I don't know how in the hell he is making any money at all with it unless he is mass spamming CL.
Anyway, in the last 2 days I have used one CL account and posted only three ads.Through trial and error, I have modified my ad and found what works. I am converting well with a $20.00 FreeCreditReport.com offer.
Tomorrow, I am going to hit CL HARD and make the big bucks.
Also, I have a method that does not require that your contact send you their credit report, which eliminates the worry of obtaining the personal information of another via false claim, which in some regions is unlawful.
The good word is that YES, this works! AND it works WAYYY better than the apartment ad (I know, I tried). I am willing to help people make ads that get results and make this convert. PM me.
