You best bet is to set up a corp/llc or use someones tax info.

You'll need to sign up with:

Professional looking website.
Different Address/phone.
Different tax id/social id.
Website needs to be on another IP address you have not used before.
Different email/password.

Oh and it needs to be on Tuesdays (the 1st tuesday of the monday, JUST Kidding).

If you're planning on making enough money, switch your ISP, and get a new computer...and a router...

that'd be your best bet!!..

Or just use the same proxy everytime you log on....

eBay's a bitch.... I went back and forth with them for a month trying to get my account back....

didn't get shit! I even faxed them my drivers license copies, copies from manufacturers for the items I was shipping, an electricity bill with my address, and a signed copy of the user agreement...

yea, If you don't know what your doing ebay will link a new account you try to make. I have US seller accounts for sale.

Ebay are ruthless they closed both my account of about 8 years and my paypal account last week. I created new accounts using a VCC but havent used them yet.

you must use a different IP and clear your Flash cookies. Then you will be fine.

I registered a US eBay seller account just a week ago even when I was from Singapore (not using a proxy). Verified using a VCC and got someone from the US to phone verify it. Currently listing one item and haven't been banned yet.

I'd say go for it.

I've read in several places that using a VCC will get you banned in a week or two,
once they discover the VCC.

buy a stealth account just take a look in the marketplace under misc
