It's not about the network, it's about the offer that you promote. Some offers (advertisers) allow social media traffic, some don't. Don't blame on the game, blame on the player

i don't like to move threads off topic, but yes, peerfly paid me for my leads that came from pinterest traffic.
keep in mind that i did not send them directly to the offer, i used my own landing page.
About a few months ago I made around $600 on Peerfly from Deviantart (social network traffic) and at the end of the month, when I tried withdrawing my money, they said that they don't accept social network traffic and they closed my account. So this is my s**t experience with Peerfly.
A word of advice: change you're network before it's too late. Peerfly loves screwing people over and taking their money.

They didn't follow you to be spammed with CPA offers.

You may not like the answer but it makes perfect sense. You're free to do what you want with YOUR website. If Instagram wants advertising on their site then they'll add an advertising platform.
