After having a talk with you on skype, the below message is so others can see too.

Your site has been hit by Penguin BEFORE VitaRank, and it has not recovered, maybe your site has been hardly, etc. As I said before it varies ont he site a lot as well, we did manage to recover sites , but not every site.
The spinning has already been solved before
Tumblr solved too (1.5 Update) too
Layer 2 is normal to get deleted that is why we do the amount we do

Yes the BHW10 promotion is running forever.

Yes we work with .es .it and other foreign sites. Content will be written in English, but the keyword will be whatever you want (Note:The keyword CANNOT contain any special characters, just the basic abcdefghijklmno etc).
I don't know if we got top results or not, it depends on the on-site seo, keyword etc, I do not track the rankings of every single customer.

I've noticed you said done on 'High PR 300' looking at the source links show the backlinks. Looking at most of the links they have a (rel="nofollow") on them. How does this benefit me? Google wont follow these links, so they are pointless right?

These are Forum Backlinks etc, and not like weebly(Now livejournal) etc. Nofollow is beneficial too as ******** is too.

Yes it is safe to do. We have many small business like your own promoting through us.

I am not sure if we did, I do not know and it is impossible to track EVERY SINGLE WEBSITE, but we did work for foreign sites and they did have good results (But I would also recommend to build your own country backlinks, so also .ro backlinks in a mixture with vita).
