It's been 1 month since I signed up with these guys and I submitted a brand new site just to test this service. I didn't see much of a change in rankings until today. My site shot up from no where to page 2-3 for my keywords. At this rate I should easily make a good return on my investment by the end of the year!
On another note, nothing lasts for ever. So when you two are tired of the seo business, you should sell me your secrets!

Read the terms its quite clear or email them and you will get an answer within a couple of hours normally
You wont get a better service but they choose you not the other way round

Your site seems to be going up nice and steady. We have one more month from the estimation to break page one, but keep in mind that we can only give out estimations, we can't be 100% sure. Factors like competition working on their sites are something you can't account for until you get started.
Almost half of your keywords are already on page one (or very close to getting there), and the rest will follow them soon.

We did have a few sites drop after the Google update. However, we don't take any responsibility about the drop since it wasn't related to any actions on our part. Some of those sites did come back actually.

We have worked with our clients (the couple who got hit) on making a much better site that looks and acts as a brand, ones that will stand the test of time
If Google doesn't want EMDs in the search results then no-one can do anything about it

I just want to chime in this thread since I purchased some services from Dan, and I've been extremely pleased with the professionalism of his team, and the communication. I've actually used them before I even had a BHW account (around 8-9 months ago) and he has never disappointed me, and always amazed me with the results. So I've been on the Rookie package for about 2 months now, and the site was brand new, and I am in TOP 3 on 3 keywords, and I am on page 1 on I believe all of them. Here are some graphs on the most important keywords of mine:

My other businesses lost serious cash flow due to all the cancellations and needed some time to catch up. Anyways, I just tried to log into this orders account and it wouldn't let me in? Am I deleted from the system already? Did you even get a chance to start on the site as I paused less than 2 weeks after startup?

Could email the link of where you're trying to log into the system as we don't delete accounts or anything, although we stop access to people who haven't paid or other scenarios but we don't actually delete the data behind it
