That 's fine and all, nevertheless, no comment I made on this thread was on your analysis
What I did mention was my own separate thought, on which you disagreed with, invoking an argument which can be paraphrased to "if you dilute a pinch of salt with water and then add more water, it 's still mostly the same kind of water". And my response to that was that the water we 're talking about has a variable amount of salt depending on its volume
In other words, since you 're into statistics, I 'm talking about Heteroscedasticity.
