I dont get - what is the point of using Cleanfiles as another middle-man? I see you are using normal adwork media offers, probably with a little bit lower payouts and the difference is your profit...the only advantage for me is this possibility of locking with Like button, but this can be done with services like paywithatweet.com. Well you offer some upload space - but i can use password covered .rar, upload it to mediafire and lock password with normal adworkmedia offer...

Or am i missing something here?

It's hard to join to a good cpa network to some of us, you need to be 18+ with tax id to get paid.
Many of the uploaders are uploading copyrighted softwares, and many of them uploading fake keygens/codes(not me).
Many of the cpa networks shave, ban you when the pay-day comes.
