Link building for a new website after Google update?

I was just wondering ,can someone please suggest some link building strategies after Google's last update? I have a bunch of new websites( not more than 1 month old) and I am stuck at link building
It seems that you can screw it up really easy in this category and I wanted to ask the gurus here at blackhat what to do.
I am not much of a fan of link building in fact I think It's a real pain the the as*. I prefer to buy a few fiverr gigs instead of doing it on my own. But it's so hard to find any good link building gigs on fiverr...can someone suggest something???

1- write 10 web 2.0 to you'r money site
2- create wikis/article links to approve web 2.0 and to money site
3- then do some social bookmarking and blog comments to each approve link(to link not money site)

I Suggest your best bet is to write or hire someone to write Pretty Interesting Articles which will work like a link Bait. If you can write interesting articles that is all you will ever need , no need to buy any gigs or any subscription. It all comes back to Quality of Content and how interesting it is.

Get Some Guest Posts written, not only they will get you a unique backlink but also Really Valuable Traffic that can be converted

Build relevant and high PR links to your money site using white-hat techniques such as: profile backlink, wiki backlink, .edu & .gov links, document sharing sites submission, linkwheel, article submissions,etc.
