I don't think things like this belong in a public court. This isn't a real scam, this is a dispute between two people who should both learn it as a lesson. Change your business practices, how you deal with people, how you preform work, how you payout and how you collect money. You should test someones work, hire better, and if you aren't satisfied with someones work than cut them - don't allow them to keep working under the impression they will get paid. And if you aren't getting paid don't dream up that you are going to "one day" and the more you work the more you will get. You guys are both probably honest guys with a dispute about expectations, not a scam. This should be a lesson and only a lesson, I vote no on banning anyone and let this go.

LASTLY: Reach an agreement off of this and it will increase your negotiation skills in stressful situations too.

masush300 i have just one question, you are even admitting that your likes or comments got ghosted and that its not your problem? How is that not your problem when you are the provider of these things?? It's one thing if they disappear months down the road due to a spam update or something, but if you're work is disappearing minutes after it was done do you really think you are entitled to payment. I would NEVER pay someone for likes/comments if they got removed within minutes of them being done. Call me crazy but thats just my 2 cents.

It still isn't clear if the comments were really done by OP or the buyer lies of comments got ghosted. But anyhow OP seems to be over enthusiastic to end up with this situation. Just don't over do anything...

some weeks ago, somone scamed 350 via mb
so really getting tired
thinking i wil get succeed here ,and never make such mistake again

he must planned before ordering

or had told me to do slowly or he must research on how to avoid ,being ghosted

All might be misunderstanding ,i wanna solve it personaly but he was not online since many days are skype ,as u can read our logs
so if anyone was instead of me ,he would have done something like this
i just wanna solve our misunderstanding ,
this project was for Pay per do not pay per success,
and for pay per success ,i would charge him even more ,as it was risk to me
he even didnot have such time to discuss ,may be he used to be bg or not answering me
as u can see ,we meet since 1 and half month long,but just few discussion totally

hey masush sorry but i completely disagree with you. as a service provider it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you deliver work that is up to atleast a certain amount of quality. since you're the one doing it you should follow the best practices that allows you to deliver quality work.

Would anyone whose reading this thread actually pay for work that disappeared in a matter of minutes. you are little blaming the client for your poor work.

imagine if you call a plumber to fix a leak and he fixes the leak but within a few minutes your pipes are leaking again and then he asks for your $300. would you pay that plumber??? Of course you wouldnt. it would be even worse if the plumber tried to blame you for it leaking again saying something like well its not my fault, if you wanted me to fix the leak and have it stay fixed you should have paid more.

all your basically offering your clients is a service that lasts for a few minutes which welll doesn't sit quite right with me.

Can we going forward use the word "dispute" instated of "scam" in BHW threads and use the word "scammer" when we have a final determination by a mod. To me the OP had a real dispute but this wasn't a scam and we shouldn't allow members to arbitrarily impugn someone's reputation just because they don't like how a transaction went down.

you seem like a decent guy to me - so let me ask you 1 question

if YOU - paid me 300$ to make a piece of online work
and 1 hr after i posted it - it gets deleted flagged as spam
would you still pay me for it. the point of something original
is to avoid the flag . your work was flagged within minutes
and removed , and isnt the buyers fault , that is the quality
of the work that triggered the red flag .

@masush300 i am a service provider too, and as a provider we should always put customer satisfaction as our main priority. He give you some work to do believing that you can give a productive result. It is also part our job to have a contingency plan just in case things go wrong. Im not trying to offend you or something, but im merely expressing my opinion with regards to this situation. Just remember, mothers scolded their child not because they are angry with them, but because they love them they dont want their kids to do the same mistake again.

Please do not worry about me as I'm doing fine.

Based on what I read here, I can see that you may want to keep socialmik happy as he made it very clear that there are issues with the services you provided.

You know, customer satisfaction is important.

Please work with him to find a solution regarding the project you did for him.

At last, you may want to ask the mod to remove this thread from sh*tlist here, if it's not a problem with socialmik.

This was not on bhw but it's something very similar that happened to me. I hired someone to vote up my coupon at retailmenot.com so the coupon would go on the home page. He did vote it up but the end result was that his proxies were not good enough to pass through retailmenot. About an hour after he finished all the votes that he did disappeared. I did not pay him. masush, I am sure that you are a hard working and honest man. But I wouldn't pay you either for this job if it was me. If something you buy breaks an hour after you buy it, wouldn't you go back to the store and get a refund?

house and it fell to the ground as soon as he moved in, is he responsible
for paying me? . . . I think not.

I would say that either you fix this issue by providing your service in a
SATISFACTORY manner, or simply drop this issue altogether.

I see no scam here.
