[Help] How do i make instagram accounts on PC

This is a really noob question I'm sure, but, how do I make so many instagram accounts on a computer. Surely all this instagram stuff isn't done off a phone.
Do I use a program like BlueStacks?

EDIT: New problem, i can't make any accounts using bluestacks because of some unknown network error. any advice?

Use bluestacks app player works 100% http://bluestacks.com/ Jut make sure your machine meets the requirements

Try to update your instagram apk to the latest version via google play.

it wont work with google play. sounds to me like some of the hardware requirements arent being made.

Thanks, do you know if i can use just a bunch of dump emails that i don't know the info to, to make the accounts?
