I said I wasn't going to say anymore about how poor this service is but after today : I've had it - I'm lowering my rating from 3/10 to 0/10.

First off I want to say I'm paying $150 a month for 8 hours a day 5 days a week -- so yup I have to recognize that I get what I pay for - that's on me.

However even after pointing out the low standard and a promise to fix it - here is what happened today.

The VA work hours are from 2.30 am to 11 am EST .. today I log into my VPS that the VA is using and at 12.30 pm he is still working and he had only completed 7 tasks working on his 8th.

I personally can do 3 in 30 minutes pretty easily as the software does all the work - however I was allowing the VA to skate by on a minimum of 10 hoping for 16 a day (or 30 minutes each)

So it seems that my VA is working on 2-3 other projects and not really working for me.

My point is this : look I'm fine going into it if you just tell me the truth and say look the VA will be working on your project but also other people's projects -- just don't tell me that he is only working for me and lie to me about it.

Honestly if your looking for quality you can just forget it : if your looking for a decent amount of work done .. it's not going to happen.

I'm really disappointed in this and I would never use this service again.... just not trustworthy at all.

(please note just tell my VA to not even bother to work for me anymore- I give up.)

I understand your frustration and I am really sorry.

The only thing I can see is, that you are comparing the VA to yourself. As you said you are paying cheap at $150 per month so you don't expect the VA to be at your level or that fast.

Also, we have to clear out that the VA is not working with any other project/ or any other client. I personally will assure that. If you can give me more proof that you can prove that the VA is working on other projects then let me know so we can give disciplinary action to the VA. There are things that we just can't control, in your case its the VA slacking off and the best way to handle this is to let the VA from the company. Hope you understand, outsourcing is a hit and miss, so one could work great for you and might not work the same way with the other.

Hope you can clarify above. I am willing to offer a refund of the days that you think you did not get what you paid for, we are not for money but rather to help you.
