Making a website for reselling

I'm working on a website that will act as a store, which users can add items to carts, and pay with paypal. When an order is placed, I will actually go to another website and make the customer's order, shipping to the customer's address, billing to mine. Do you think this is a good idea? My worries are:

1. Making only a few dollars per sale
2. Customers being able to find out that their orders are coming from somewhere else and that I'm charging 10-20% markup, and could in the future just go straight to the source and save money

What do you think? Is this a good idea?

So what you are talking about is known as a dropshipping.

Yup, its dropshipping...But this is typically done with 'wholesale' sites.

You are probably going with regular retail prices....Just stick with wholesale unless you absolutely need to go retail.
