Hello BHW,
Im thinking of buying scrapebox, but I have no idea what should I do with it.
If you know any methods please help.

How can you buy something without having a proper reason?! If you don't have any idea what to do with it, don't buy it!
 
Well that sounds about right - why buy something that you don't have use for?
 
Scrapebox is one of the best seo tool out there, so i if you think to focus your efforts in seo you should definitely buy it.
 
You can do everything, and this is a Must-Have SEO tool. Just take a look at the list of the addons it has at the official website.
Their last SEO RANK checker is also a great tool. Makes software more valuable.
 
It's also good to invest in a website. Buy domain and hosting, and apply whatever you are learning about SEO. But that depends on your interest, of course.

Actually I want to create a review website or run some cpa offers.
Can I scrape emails and send them cpa offers ?

You should understand what you are investing in before you buy it nobody here is going to walk you through what you need to do. The resources are out there to help you understand already.

Sure you can scrape e-mails with it. Sure you COULD send them CPA offers, but you should consider a few things.

1. Do you know how to make sure those e-mails you scrape are targeted to your niche?
2. Are you aware that mass mailing random e-mails off the internet with your offers can get you banned from your CPA network, and potentially in legal trouble?
 
There are a lot of things you can do with Scrapebox. It is best used for SEO. You can use it to blast your backlinks, or to find high PR blogs to comment on to help rank your site
