[FREE] - Weighted Anchor Text Tool

Hi all, i wrote this little tool for my own use but thought i'd clean it up a little and offer it up at BHW. It's straightforward enough and will let you create anchor text strings with different weights or emphasis on a given keyword group, e.g. 10% exact match, 30% partial, 60% brand/url.
