Double Meta Refresh? How do I check if it's working properly?

How do I check if a double meta refresh code is working properly? e.g. It doesn't leak anything and shows no referrer? What's the best way? Thanks.

Instead of sending it to your cpa or whatever, send it to one of those "whats my referrer?" websites and just observe the results of your refresh. Or if you have access to a web server and its logs send it there.

Excuse me for being dumb, help please...

1. Are non-incentivized offers only "legally" accepted using PPC and email? (or any offers being said by the advertiser) If you use your domain as your landing page, is the offer being incentivized already?

2. Are you using double meta refresh on all offers in your own domain?

Hope to clear things out before I set up my site.

dbl meta refresh allows to blank referers so that affiliate programs don't catch u from cheating them
