The order confirmation email was received; however, the project details in the received confirmation email were incorrect (the third keyword/URL combination did not list the keyword, just the URL twice). I need you to confirm that this order will be done with the correct project details.
Also, we have multiple orders in with you, but the 'updates' Client Support Receives are not order specific. What are we supposed to do with "we're posting your video to YouTube" emails (as but one example) when you're not telling us for which order the email applies?

Despite numerous attempts I still cannot get a hold of the seller, they are unresponsive and have cut off all communication despite the fact that I have placed an order with them.
Basically, they have taken our money and run for the hills....
I'm a nice guy but now they are forcing me to do this.
I will push for a refund and will certainly give a shitty iTrader review.
My advice to all you who are thinking about using this service....DON'T YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!

Same, here, ordered on Sep 15, 2012. Got the "update emails", which contained nothing more than one sentence stating that work was being done. No reports, attachments, nothing.
haven't heard anything.. not sure if they are around. Thinking of disputing my charge within Paypal.

Khanna's (the OP's) last activity on BHW was yesterday (29 Oct) around 3:00 p.m. forum time.
And yes, I'm having the same issues with the service and have with every order I have ever placed with him.
Three orders still outstanding:
1 order Placed 19 Sep
2 orders placed 25 Sep
No reports. No reply to Client Support's emails sent after the due date. No nothing.
Ridiculous.
A shame, as well, since the results are usually pretty good. This is rendered meaningless, however, by the fact that the promised TAT is never even close and communication is abysmal. Were I a betting man I'd say that nearly all of the link structure of these packages is outsourced and/or his team (if there is a team) is virtual, and OP is therefore at the mercy of them. In any event, I will never be ordering this service again: I can get the same or better results for the same price or cheaper from OP's competitors with none of the frustration.

We do apologize but we have had a large amount of orders come through but this is quality work and any messages so far we have responded. Compensation will be given and again we do give quality work but are a little behind.
