As he said in skype chat log, he already tried a sample list of my service and was happy. My service consists of both public and the exclusive list. Whenever a new client purchase this service first time, he receive an instant access to public lists and that's why the proxies were slow, this is normal for public proxies.

My service is EXACTLY as described.
To summarize:
1) Immediately after he received the exclusive list, he wanted to have full refund. Here's skype chat log where he admits he received the exclusive list:
As everyone can read, he admits himself that he have received the service. At any time, I can prove by Apache/MySql logs that he received and accessed the service. Since you're not allowed to post personal information, I did not included that information. I can provide this information in PM to BHW staff if requested.

I've had 'clients' like him before, this is not 1st time when they try to scam me this way.
PS. I don't always work on sunday, therefore he received support Monday 1th OCT. When I had change to help him, he was already all over my BST/Google passed thread. There were also email regarding same 'issue'.
