For how much should I sell my website??

it is about 18 months old and has 6500 pages indexed in google

so what will be the reasonable price for me to demand if im selling this?

I don't think you will get much for your domain. PR1? I know PR doesn't mean much, but to the average user it does. Just my two cents.

Itz 18 month old.. gets 350 uniques which are not so good but I am sure you can make 20-30$ from adsense and inline ads..

not worth selling right now. why dont you build it up more//
when you have at least 100 uniques a day you should begin to consider to sell.
thats just me but if you build it up and monetize you may decide not to sell
