The Secret Admirer Method $$$

No joy with 'free e cards'. tried several times using the correct HTML tags for URL and E-Mail addy'. URL just redirects to an error page from 'free e cards' (Egyption host btw), and I could never get a link to show up for an E-Mail address. Have the feeling the site is mostly a harvester, not less then 5 minutes after receiving and opening my first test email I received close to a dozen spam mails back to back.

I've been searching for a couple days for a card site that will allow markup and multiple sendee's,, this post from detoxed was the closest in capability so far, thanks detoxed!

Has anyone found or know of one that will at least allow live links?

I had no problems when i tested it.

Great method, and thank you for the share. This is an interesting twist on something I've done in the past.

My only worry is that this could be considered spam. It just seems a little shady. I'm trying to think of ways to "legitimize" it a bit. Or should I not be worried?

revis, I'm sure that question has been answered a few times in this thread. Read the whole thing not just for an answer to this question, but for all of the good information on this method. You will be glad you did.

there are plenty of ecard sites that will allow you to send multiple cards at 1 time.

here is what i got so far:
I made 1 CL listing with a cute girl (fully covered, but cute got it from flikr).
within approximately 15-20 minutes, i got emails from 93 perverts asking to lick me. lol.
Then, my listing was flagged.

I will be sending out the ecards soon. Hopefully, everything will work out as planned.

I've read it twice. ;)

Saw one post, but nothing really definitive. I'm just paranoid I guess. :)

Well don't worry man. The email will not be coming from your address AND, remember, these dicks (I call them dicks because guys looking for action online are just big boners with fingers to click about) want to see and talk to you. If you personalize each ecard, the odds of them clicking spam are slim. The odds of them complaining are FAR less and the odds of enough people complaing AND the ecard site banning you are even less. The ods of the ecard site reporting your email; NONE.
This is about the safest way to "spam" that I have ever heard of in my life. I think I will go back and thank the author AGAIN!

The only thing Im nervous about is someone recognizing that its an aff link and then reporting back to the affiliate company.

Anyone? Whats the best dating affiliate site to use for this service?

I haven't tried this yet but never./blue/ads has 50 dating sites, stuff like Am/erican Sing/les ($2.60) Date/com ($3.50) Elite/Mate ($6).

Is there any other high traffic targetted forums we can post our ads to? My CL ad keeps getting flagged after few mins and I am getting few emails only. My ad looks legitimate and normal but I dunno why CL keep flagging it. Any help would be appreciated. :)

@Noto: For one, you can tell them that it is a link to your profile, but here is a quick solution to mask an affiliate link: hxxp://OffTo.net. It is self explanitory. My affiliate link to Passion looks like this: "hxxp://offto.net/passion_364e" in the address, but if HTML is allowed, it simply looks like "Passion.com".
You can name your link whatever you like so it could be as simple as a string of numbers. The service is quick to sign up, free and they promote your link. They will also count the clicks for you.
Hope that helps.

@Huat: Your ad, Ill show you mine if you show me yours.
No, really though. I have an ad that does not get flagged and pulls very hard. I may be able to help you.

^Thanks for that tip!!

Haute, Why dont you post the copy you're using and we can try and give you some tips. You can also post on g u m t r e e but its UK based.

Btw, about the affiliate programs...FindingSingles.net lets you customize what the landing page says. Only problem is they only pay for people 22+.

How much does FindingSingles pay? Is it a CC offer? Does it cost to sign up?

BTW, IMHO. These are three questions that should be answered whenever ANYONE suggests an affiliate company in these forums.

CC - you mean like the type where they have to use a credit card? Im not sure. It pays per lead, but it might still require a cc for a trial. Ill find out more and report back.

Alright boys, I've been lurking here for about a week and reading all the posts on e-whoring with great interest. This idea has been the most unique and the most entertaining of them all. It's inspired me to throw my hat in the ring and give it a try.

Since I've benefitted so much from all of this information, I thought I'd share the benefit of a woman's perspective on placing these ads so that they don't get flagged. Having said that, here's hoping mine doesn't :p

quick edit: got my first reply in less than two minutes of posting it to CL

Dayum! Just tried this as an experiment with a simple ad and the replies keep rolling in. This can also be used for other niches when you think outside the box. As long as the ads stick, you can build a pretty good list.

@Noto. BTW to all: the affiliate network for findingSingles is Neverblue. I applied. Should be accepted because I have actual websites and such.

I am going to try this on a few thousand emails from a list I have.

I dont think it counts as spam as long as you leave a way for them to "Unsubscribe" from any more emails from you.

I also believe you need to have a physical address at the bottom of the email to not be considered spam but I am not sure if anyone wants to do that. lol

I tried this method and got 30 emails in 30 minutes. Of course you have to be creative. Just change the words a bit. You can never just copy someone's work. We call that Piracy. It is a serios federal crime.
This forum provides great idea but we still need our own brain to make a buck.
So, don't be lazy. Money does not fall from sky. Hail falls from sky and make you bleed.
I need some help to get affiliate programs. Any suggestion ? You know I am a newbie and thisi s the first time I try to make a buck on the net.
