My SEO plan, feedback wanted (Good or Bad)

Above is my white-hat SEO plan for my sites. (Tier 2 will be done members on here)

Hey everyone,

My name is James. I have successfully increased my local business by 3,000% through SEO using a plan based mainly on article blogs, directories, bookmarks, and social. I outsourced some of the SEO work to achieve this, but I am learning SEO/SEM in my spare time.

BHW has been huge help to me.

If a large contract goes through next week for my business I will be scaling up from 13 to 50+ sites and working SEO full time. May go up to 200+ depending on funding.

* Two of my sites have provided this success, the others have been neglected due to offsite work.

I would like to know if there are any improvements that can be made? I know I have been successful in the past, but I value others feedback.

I plan on doing all work manually and outsourcing some work to BHW members.

I also use Google alerts, Yahoo Answers, and others for relevant topics to comment on.

Local .GOV and .EDU will come from offsite PR i.e charity events, etc

Adwords campaigns and local advertisements will also be implemented.

If there are any suggestions on tools I should use please let me know.

I use GA for reporting and I currently do not own any seo tools outside of Ultime Niche Finder (Thank you Clyde!). I also do not have any subscriptions to sites like SeoMoz and SEMrush.

I would like all of my sites to steer clear of penguin, panda, and other updates.

love the picture. I am on the same boat as you. I removed GA from my websites and closed it (which was advised by BHW) so i suggest you look into this. The strategy you outlined is a great strategy IMO. the biggest thing I learned from the penguin update is that they will penalize a website for over optimization. hope that helps.

can I ask why you should remove GA I have been told that by someone before and now i am starting to wonder if I should reading this. I do use it as I get a lot of information from it

Some people believe that GA is a way Google can spy on your website. It actually does, but I believe it doesn't hurt your rankings, unless your bounce rate is too high (which can be discovered without GA as well).

* Use social media wisely
* Be patient for Results

Use senuke to build power full backlinks like web2.0 properties and do some forum posting but all manual work and look natural to google.

Yeah I write my content to maintain control since my I am in a service industry. I was using tweet deck but now I am using HootSuite. The patience is what kills me

I am looking into senuke, but I am kinda on edge about using automated link building software.

Those site links will come from offsite public PR like charities and public events. If I buy any service, I will only be coming to top BHW members.

The link diagram looks good but if you do the same diagram repeatedly you are going to build a footprint which eventually will catch up on you. Nothing wrong with the link diagram as such but i would first vary it and secondly reverse engineer competitor sites in the niches you are targeting and build links that you actually need rather than doing the same link cycle over and over.

One thing that's huge now is big diversity in anchor text & keywords as well do a balance of inner & home page linking. Other than that I follow essentially the same plan, the diversity is quite nice, I'm actually starting my next huge run today. Good luck.

Good point, I will definitely be analyzing my comp as much as possible. I plan on buying a service like seomoz or ahref (maybe both) if everything goes through for my business.

Diversity is truth, I plan on doing a similar diversity to my top ranking comp to appear normal. Inner linking is my biggest downfall, but I am learning about that now.

No I haven't. I may just outsource scrapebox/senuke work to someone on here if I need it.

Google has made some big changes in the past few days so I may stay clear of anything automated for awhile or forever.

I am just going to focus on content, about us, contact, privacy, and FAQ pages. Only high quality manual do-follow links.

I am noticing a lot of top sites are about 90%+ do-follow links. All of my top position sites are as well. Of course the content has to be there to.
