If its your real name, you can send a copy from your ID to [email protected] and they will activate your account after awhile...
It usually takes them 1-2 weeks to respond.

I send them an email with full list of my friends ,i hope they will respond quickly.Problem is i really don't want to give facebook my id:/ if they ask for my id can i give them fake,and how do i do that?

Pay a designer to make you a fake one is the only way of avoiding an ID request. Otherwise, just give them your ID and access it from a proxy and any FB marketing you do, do it from a proxy as well. If you're worried about FB having your ID, which you said you were.

give 1 of your photos which u put on fb, i had done this and recovered my acc
there are some recovery options... including asking friends to confirm your identity or sending the ID to Facebook... well Facebook already knows a lot about you already, so sending a scanned ID is OK... but maybe you are lying them about something (age, date of birth, etc.) and that's why you don't want to do it...
