Online Payments -> ATM ?

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a nice evening. So, I have a product I want to sell online, and buyers that have credit/debit cards and want to buy my product. However, I would like the payments to remain unconnected to me. I *would* be willing to buy a few validated Paypal accounts or something similar if it's necessary, but I have no real idea of how to receive the "untraceable" cash.

Basically:
Customer Credit Card Payment > Verification & Delivery > ??? > Cash-out


My priorities are:
- Ease of use for customer
- Anonymity (If possible, withdrawing cash from an ATM)
- Transaction fees as low as possible (although the above take priority)

This would work with Paxum I think, as they issue their own Credit Card, which you can use at any ATM in the world.

Or else you can try to apply to a online bank account (if you PM me, I can send you a link to one I've used for several years now). They act as a real bank account, and you can use them to verify your paypal account, then you can deposit the money from your paypal to the bank account and then finally withdraw it at any ATM. They ship you the credit card only in the US though.

Alright, apparently I need to attain a fake ID to "verify" my account (so that I can withdraw from ATM's with the card). It shouldn't be too big of an issue though, I imagine their team doesn't really scrutinize them. However, that plus getting a PO box just for this seems a little hard, I don't even know places that still allow you to pay with cash for PO boxes.

Paypal and PayPal access card? Thats what I do in UK, pay for most things on my card and a small charge if I want cash

Don't they require you to verify your bank account to use the cards?
