1. According to patriot act you have to be a US citizen to open bank account in US, right? then how you're providing bank account and ATM?
2. Can I get PayPal Business account by using your services?
3. Can I use Payoneer Card (with or without US address on it) for verification or for withdrawing funds?
4. Any discount for multiple orders?

We can Issue a US bank account under your name by providing your documents to them and they will issue an account to you and will ship the card at your address... So there's no problem in that.

We can also Issue US bank account on any name you want.
