The design is really bad. The content looks decent. I'd say buy a .com, design a more professional, unique, better-looking site, and you could have a real winner on your hands!

The content looks goodand thats probably the most important as the foundations are there. I think you could make it much more pleasing to look at, perhaps look at getting a premium theme, there are lots on this site for inspiration.

This is good, but please remove the Page Rank tracker, or the other unnecessary things that your viewers don't give a f*ck about. I mean, sure, you enjoy seeing your PR or those things on the lower left, but those are actually things that viewers don't like seeing. It makes your blog look unprofessional. Get rid of those things and improve on the grammar a bit.
