Trend Micro is partially correct. I had adsense on the site and Google blocked the page because of content. I recently had it re-evaluated by Google and it is now unblocked. This site is good for using Adsense if you'd like. No longer blocked by Google in any manner.

Well, if the domain gathers free traffic on the domain name alone. Free traffic to a porn site is really good and helpful to build up new regular users.

I get that part, but the part where you lose me is when this has absolutely nothing to do with porn, so the traffic that you might be getting to site is not geared toward porn in any which way. Just like a baking site traffic won't do anything for a business related site.

You're right. But most guys who come across porn don't just close out right away especially if its a free hub porn type of site. They might bookmark it and come back later or just watch it then. Either way, its just an example of what you can put on the domain. Doesnt' have to be porn.

It's a buyers market - extremely difficult to sale a Domain unless you have a warm lead, i.e. someone made an inquiry on it. Unless you have a single word generic and you're asking for an amount way below it's perceived face/traffic value, for example.
