Okay, first I had my issues with this service.
I gave some extra time (AS IT WAS NOT MY FAULT, even if you state that) and he told me to proceed my order in 48 hours.
I passed on this. I gave him just the site and wanted to look how they work it out and which keywords they will use. I wanted them to make a great job so I passed the 48 hour offer and said they shall take their time.
I went through the report and the keywords they have choosen are greatly picked!
Even my site is in a different language, they gave new great keyword ideas with this service.

Awesome! I am satisfied with the service.

Yes, all reports come with full disclosure of all links all questions all users and all passwords. Looking forward to your order!

We use RANDOM sites from 8000 list we dont guarantee any top sites. If you need this then this is not right for you and we never advertised this, for serp increase what we do now is perfect.
We are using domain authority, new link type, and high ip diversity and social type links here which stay under google radar.
We have not tested this with any penguin sites, from my experience these sites are not worth recovering as it just costs/effort a lot.

These are actually Anchored links but if You want RAW backlinks then You can specify when filling Order Form.
