I have 8 months old website that made me total 217$ with 57$ last month and 200 - 300 visitors daily. Who can take care of selling this site for some profit?

anyways, you won't get much for a site that only makes $57 a month.
and 8 months is still a fairly new site to flip, which also won't help your final sale price

well, flippa is the "authority" right now when it comes to selling sites.
the price depends on many factors, but if your site is a complete autopilot site, then you might be able to get 600 - 700 for it maximum if it makes 57 a month.

I just wanted to add that in last month it earned 40$ but there's one catch... that domain has brand name inside. How hard does it lower the price?

At that level it's unlikely anyone will care unless it is a big name like Apple, Google, eBay etc. - all of whom are strict on enforcing their trademark.
