To make a long story short.....
We are expanding our own PPC/CPM network script, which we have used for our own 2 sites previously.
We simply used it as banner rotater and to manage purchased banner spots of our own 2 sites. Mostly on CPM basis.
I guess you all know buyandsellads, ours is more or less the same...with a few twists I guess
In order to test with real publishers and advertisers, we would like to purchase some banner spots from publishers for 30 days. You will be paid 50% up front and the remaining 50% after the 30 days. As we 'own' your banner spot for 30 full days, any revenue generated from your site will be ours.
We are also looking for a few publishers that will work with us on a 90/10 rev share, these publishers will be allowed to use our script as their own banner hosting, you can rotate up to 3 different banners on the same spot - HOWEVER, your own banners will only be shown 80% and 20% will be dedicated to RON ads, of which you will be paid per click. The PPC will be really low during the 1 month test in order to attract some advertisers.
We also need a few advertisers....
As an advertiser you will be able to purchase (PPC) RON ads, which can be targetted by category and country.
There is really no magic to it, we just need a few testers to help us test out the system
