i checked 40 accs @ tweepi it seems to me, that the tweeps are the followers from the account @x

it's too a question how old your account is

you will hear different sentimens from 150 for newer accounts to 1k for aged accounts

it depends too on follows per ip address if you run more accounts

the onliest solution which i see

install a small XP partition on a hd
create an image from the hd via paragon backup + recover
install tweetadder for 250 follows

restore the hd ( possible in 1,5min )
install tweetadder for 250 follows

a.s.o

probably important is to include the mbr into the image

some more thoughts on neu installations from tweetadder.
‎‎
you can faster restore only the mbr (displayed 0 bytes) and to reset the partition via the %windir%/system32/restore.exe

if the way "mbr + restore.exe" doesn't work
you can create at least 22 xp partitions on a hd via backup + recover

if B+R doesn't allow to create more than 3 xp partitions
create 17 empty partitions (#4 - #22) via the small free prog Partition Master from easeues

you can create easily a portable B + R via the free http://cameyo.com#_app
you can copy partitions too via a linux Gparted live cd or via Partition Master
