Dammit! I was pretty annoyed because I've only got questions about a $5 invoice at my admin email address, which I don't think is particulary urgent. Plus, we speak on another forum so I thought you coming to this one to complain was a bit unfair. I spoke to the person handling email support and they said there had been no emails at the support email address, however I've just looked myself and have found your email from the 9th, so I'm very sorry about that. That person isn't working for me anymore.

I do want to address a few things though, first, you say you've been waiting 4 days, in actual fact you first contacted me about this on the 9th, and I responded on this forum last night, which was the 11th, so really it's been 2 and a half days.

Also, we speak regularly on another forum, here:

http://seosunite.com/f2/seo-fightback-safe-blog-network-works-694/index10.html

We spoke the day after you emailed, but you didn't say anything about not having forum access. I'm very good at replying to support, on many forums, and via email and PM. Unfortunately my email guy let me down, which is disappointing when I try so hard to keep people happy and then I have people feeling the need to complain in public rather than sending me a PM.

You also said "there was no return to merchant button", which is how you get to the forum sign up page. This isn't true. I don't think it's even possible to disable the "return to merchant" link on paypal!

The other thing is that you're not happy that I haven't sent you a "full invoice". Understand that not every country has the same accounting laws as Hungary. But even in Hungary I'm sure you don't need invoices IMMEDIATELY, I don't think it's unfair to give me a few days to come up with a special invoice for you. I have an accountant but she's not full time and I won't make her stop what she's doing immediately to generate an invoice for a $5 trial. It's not urgent.

So I appreciate you have a legitimate complaint that your access email was not responded to. But there's no need to make stuff up, or make a mountain out of a molehill either.

Yes, this was my issue, but it is solved now. I already added 4 sites into the system. I am sure there was no return to merchant button lol.

Ah ok, as I said on SEOsUnite I'll add a header image that says "Make sure you click the return to merchant link". Lots of seller do this so I'll do it too. Glad we got you sorted in the end! I'll get back to you about that invoice before the end of the week.

A few things;

1st, this system looks like articlewyz's members area. What is the relationship and how are the systems different?
There is no documentations or help whatsoever. The forum is a good idea but i dont want to spend all day trolling for information.
2nd, i received 2 emails but no receipt of payment though clickbank. Where can i get a copy of the purchase?

1. It's a PHP styling framework. It's a template for CSS. Many companies use it, articlewyz was not the first. They didn't build it, they bought it like we did. It has nothing to do with the product at all. Articlewyz is nothing like our system, and we are nothing like them.

2. No help whatsoever? Come on now, be fair, here is the homepage of the forum:

starthere.PNG

3. The receipt is from clickbank, I can't send that to you. They are the payment processor, you can contact their support here:

http://www.clickbank.com/contact_us.html

I am being fair and nothing happened when i click on START HERE.

You highlighted the START HERE option saying i was not being fair. I am being fair. I did click on START NOW and i get to see NO POSTS. Thats probably because i am not a member which leads me to the next issue. Why does it say my email address is unrecognizable when i try to retrieve my password?

But you've answered your own question. It says in the email you've quoted (which you've now removed from your post... why?) that we have to make your forum account. If you don't have an account yet, then the "forgot password" won't work, because you don't have an account. Also, it will say "no posts", because it's a private forum. This is also stated in the email. It's not indexed, and non-members cannot see it because it's private.

I don't think you're saying you've tried to log into the product and it didn't work, because you've pointed out we use a common CSS template, which you can only see if you log in.

All the forum accounts have been made now, you should have received another email to the address you used on the form. :)

Hi, can you send me a PM with the email address you sent from, and sent to please. (was it support at seo fight back, or admin at carlin web services?).

Just an update on that email Futuremills, I don't have an email from that address. I've looked at all emails on that date and there's nothing that matches. I self host the email and there are no spam filters.

Love the idea of this product, obviously needs a good volume of serious users to make it work. How many sites/members are currently signed up?

200 members, 1000+ sites. The largest network is 80 sites at the moment.

Let me just say that anyone not getting involved in this is either

1. an owner of a very good private network
2. not at all into article marketing
3. successfully getting all their traffic from sources other than search engines
4. a fucking idiot who doesn't want to make money.

Anyone doubting my integrity - just look at my itraders and other posts - I don't buy many services or get excited about much, but this is one of those few exceptions.

My only fear is that plugin - thats why I'm holding back on putting all my high PR network sites into it just yet.

Thanks for the feedback :) Can I ask what it is about the plugin that makes you uncomfortable? It is true we require more access than most networks (we use a plugin, not xml-rpc), but this is because we like to be able to fix things at any time.

For example, if a site does get deindexed, then we can delete the network posts (we can't delete other posts, only network ones) so that our members are not getting links from deindexed sites. I'm not aware of any other network that has the controls and safety procedures that we have.

So far this service is ok but still a lot of work to be done. Networks are small - content added is low-quality and there are just not enough members yet that the same sites keep getting promoted. Also the time it takes to get a site approved can be days so you sit there getting nothing for your money waiting for someone to add your site.
I know this is going to be a great service but it needs a lot more members or sites. I am going to stick with it for another month or two but for the $$ it should be better

hey guys...still waiting on an action in regarding my PM its been a couple days
thanks

Thanks for the feeback. The largest network is 80 sites. For money making keywords you don't need a lot of links, especially since there is no such thing as a one-bullet SEO strategy. Just like any other SEO software or scheme, SEO Fight Back is only part of a linking strategy. But, I think contextual links are the hardest ones to get, and our system helps with the most difficult part of an SEO campaign.

Days to be approved? This is surprising because I approve all sites in the FBN networks on a daily basis at least. Maybe there has been 2-3 times over the past 3 months where I've taken 36 hours to check again, but I do work 7 days per week so I try to do this regularly.

Some sites don't get approved immediately, sometimes I email a member requesting modifications to their sites before approval. That's one reason there may be a delay. The other reason is that SEO Fight Back is a networking platform, rather than a networking working service (although we do that as well). It means I don't own all the networks, some are owned by other members, these network creators may not be as vigilant as I am and they may take longer to approve sites. So it depends on which networks you join as well!

All the FBN networks require copyscape API, so all the content should be unique.

Mainly paranoia I suppose. ;)

I know you say its safe and untraceable, but it just screams "footprint" to me.

Plugins can leave footprints it's true. Ours doesn't though. We don't make any additions to page HTML it's all server side, plus if you try to ping the plugin folder you get a 404 like the plugin does not even exist.

A little paranoia is good for black hat SEOs, but we got it covered. :)
