adwords & duplicate content?

I was wondering if adwords checks for duplicate content in the landing pages?

Basically I scraped lots of reviews and altered them a little(mass find/replace etc.) but not nearly enough for them to be considered unique.
The problem is that the sites that I scraped the articles from are ofcourse targetting the same ppc keywords.
The review pages will not contain aff links only a signup for mailing list, site will be compliant with all other adwords tos.
I was wondering if any of you have had any experience with getting ads to these types of pages approved?

Maybe other ppc networks are a better idea?

I usually use mashed content for Adwords and Bing Ads and its always been fine but I've never only done find and replace on a few words. Bing does seem to be quite a bit more lenient than Adwords as far as approving ads goes so maybe they will let this slide too. Please post your results if you try it.
