Can You Be Shy And Do IM?

Ok as it states in the title I'm really shy, Like very. And I'm always seeing on this forum that you should at some point get into a JV or something and I'm probably not at the point where anyone would want to JV with me yet but you get the idea.

Plus they say it's best if you try to talk to someone who's doing what you're doing but I'm actually scared to,I know I shouldn't be but I cant help it. I really want to make it in IM , shoot I made about $45 with CPA since I started reading this forum 2 months ago, so I'm extra proud of myself for that. LOL.

But seriously I just want to get you guys opinion on this?

I feel your pain - look at my join date and post count for proof. The good thing about IM is that depending on what you do it doesn't require talking to anyone. It's a hell of a lot better than getting up and going to an office everyday where you are forced to interact with people. If you had a solid plan to make money I'm sure a lot of people would jv with you and wouldn't give a damn if you never said a word.

That said, don't let your shyness hold you back, if you need to ask a question get out there and do it.

I would think IM would be about the best job there is for someone who is really shy. You can make money without ever having to talk to anyone.

Thanks guy but It just seems that if you want to make the big money you eventually have to talk to someone.

And it's really not that I'm shy (but I am), I'm scared I'm not good enough to be asking anyone anything. I hate being this way but I can't help it guys.

You ask someone something you don't know. That's the point. If you do know and ask, it should either be due to hypocrisy or you're just trying to waste their time. The only way to advance in anything is to ask questions. You can do it yourself without any interaction but its inefficient. Also, it sucks not being able to talk to anyone. I have one friend I talk to, and it's not even about IM. Very frustrating.

I would just suggest finding a part of IM you like and learning about it and then talking about it. A skype group would also possibly help. Start off with one person, then slowly add others to discuss the different ways to advance that area of IM or increasing conversions in general.

You don't really have to talk to anyone. Post a topic with what you need and you will get good response that will definitely guide you in the right direction. As long as you are not asking someone to spoon feed you every little information you should be fine.

Yea you're right people are really helpful around here anyway so I'm sure I could probably get all the answers from a thread. But I do believe eventually I'll have to start building relationships or something.

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually ask questions but sometimes I just wanna have a real discussion about this stuff not just thread talk, like one on one.

So I think I will give skype a try.

Well I couldn't provide statistical data but deducing from user comments and the general population including the; "Do you have a girl friend threads?" I'd guess most IM's are introverted dis-including the Thailand clan. It's just nature like authors...........,

every time I say to my self: fck that shit i have one fking life.
And now I dont have that anymore.
Life is a game if you wanna JV with somebody just ask him you are not going to die.
just do it listen to some 2pac music and do it.

some times you have to take risks if somebody does not like you, you just say fk you and go further do not feel bad.

You can easily do IM without talking to anyone at all, but I'm not sure if you can live a happy life like that... You just have to leave your comfort zone, and you can't be afraid to fail. I could write an essay on this topic here but I'm not gonna bother unless someone offers me money

... what a ridiculous question really... you're sitting behind a computer not having face to face contact.. and some of the methods you can automate 'totally hands free'.. go to sleep and make monies without even having to speak to a single person.
