This is really interesting. I can give you another suggestion. if you index some web 2.0 and do the submissions for the web 2.0. it will take a bit of time to give you the rank but it will be safer

I wouldn't recommend this staretgy to anyone after last google updates. Spun content doesn't work as it used to. Better make your first tier unqie content only.

This method is not working any longer. You can still get some success if you use more lsi keywords and generic keywords in whole campaign. But process of ranking is very slow. So not recommended any more.
