Hey there!

Two things just quickly:

1) This forum is NOT for posting sites for sale.

2) If you want to get a bit more than $4.75 for your site then I would suggest you to first get some traffic and generate some revenue or if the site is already getting traffic then let your potential buyers know how much. A random PR2 domain with 1M+ Alexa rank is worth about 10 bucks.

Two year old domain that expired 05-21-2012. GoDaddy snatched it up when it expired and put it to auction several times. The OP purchased this domain 08-07-2012 and dropped this template on there and purchased some traffic to drive down Alexa.

The PR is valid and holding currently but once Google updates again it will be gone. Not because the backlinks disappeared but because the OP didn't pay attention that all the previous backlinks were to the www version of that website. He built it without the www and there aren't many backlinks built for the non-www version.

OP BHW isn't the kiddie pool. You'll need to visit DP, WF, Flippa or eBay with your sales pitch. I'm surprised you didn't post fake PP screenshots saying you made $1000 last week or make traffic claims of 4000 visitors a month for a 3 month average on your one month old website.

Few copies out there at first glance - no sense digging into this startup because there is nothing else going for it.
