[HELP] PR5 Domain - Which niche should I go?

Recently I buy PR5 domain. My first idea, I will welcome quest blogging to help me write the content.
What the niche should I go? Should I just make the site general (all niche)? Help me.. still no idea what the best before go deep into keyword research..

Hard to recommend a niche to you when we don't know what the domain is. If it's something like trainingadog.com obviously it should be about training a dog. If it's kisl3.com just do a general blog about anything and everything.

The main idea is I want content generate by other people via 'guest post'.

The site will be 100% english, readable, high-quality original unique articles

Check domain archive by using Wayback macnine (archive.org), after that you know original niche of that domain.

I recommended to select past niche.

If it has no history on wayback can we presume it's a faked page rank ? If it is how do you plan on keeping the pr up

yes, you need to start from there.

if there are no anchor text or backlinks that you can see.

Just wait a couple of months to get to PR 0 to start from scratch Because probably its fake page rank,

some tools just dont show fake page rank.

Check if the domain has backlinks. If it doesn't have it's a fake pr. If is does have analyze them, they should be aged with some pr. If you have real pr go for very easy keywords, you should be able to rank without backlinks and start banking fast.

This is 3 of my main mission with that domain is:

• Able to maintain the PR for next PR upgrade
• Free High Quality Unique Guest Post - of course for BHW member only
• Author who want to join guest post must permanent backlink their website at least with PR1 to this domain (to give /support high quality backlink to survive PR update)
• Will not monetize with adsnse until traffic hit my target. And Big G already ban my acct. grrr
