Hi
I know this maybe a newbie question but I have to ask.
I ve got dosens of great ideas the last years. I have this kind of gift to see gaps in the market and future needs very easily. Now so far I havent tried anything cause i had other business running (and still run) that kept me back and also cause i was trading forex/futures (still do unsuccessfully). Many of the ideas I had where implemented by others of course after and average of 2 years when i first though them. Some of them were really successfully. I dont feel any anger cause i know that the important stuff is the way you implement and promote the idea. Most of the times this is translated to money.
Anyway i still got ideas coming, i can't stop it even if i wanted to (although the air chain trails have helped on this). So here are my questions:
1. Suppose I implement/launch a website/service/eshop etc. Thats the easy part. eg. a website that provide some sort of servise like freelancer or kickstarter. How do you launch it so to make users come in? I mean if the very first user that will visit will just go away cause there will be no input from other users and so on. Where do i need to look/study/research at?
2. On any website i may create and launch, do i need any sort of legal support by the beggining? I mean apart from any disclaimer it may have, is it possible/common to get sued for any reason easily? I m not talking for any illegal website (porn, warez etc) but i can imagine many reasons i could sue many websites if i would be crazy enough!
3. Do i need/is it better to create a company on the backend? I mean for the taxes and legal issues. Or an offshore maybe?
4. Is there a way to either make money from the ideas, like selling them (actually i dont like it) or somehow cooperate with the right persons and make money out of it? Or join a team or something?

Any help/ideas/advice very much appreciated.

1. You will need to pay someone / do it yourself - you'll have to add in the first gigs/reviews etc, unless you can convince enough buddies to promote their service - either offer them a discount/freebies or pay them to do so

2 - You're unlikely to need any legal support. As long as you aren't doing anything that infringes copyright. Just look at the privacy policy of similar sites to yours.

3 - Probably, but you should get some qualified advice on this, it is worth paying for this. Or maybe you could start small, and then look at tax-reductions when you've got the income to justify the research?

4 - Networking, like offer to start a JV (joint venture) on here. You may find this hard if you're new and hence have little reputation, so try to make the deal in a way which means the other guy / company doesn't have to trust you as much

Many thanks for your quick answer.

Whats gigs stands for? I see this all around the BHW.
I suppose the best I ve got to do is pay someone to get in and register/write reviews etc etc. Fiverr might help on this.

Its good that I hear that probably i wont need any legal support. Its one of my biggest fears. I do not know why. May be on my previous life i was an outlaw or something :D

Any other guys have any advices on my questions i ll be very happy to hear.

I meant by "gigs" as whatever service you're offering on your site. Like how there are "gigs" on fiverr - they are the services available.

Look at Google Terms for Adwords advertising. Implement everything they want or go to Warrior Forum and take a look at some MNS people are selling. Ask for a sample and go copy their tos and privacy policy and DMCHA act crap. You done after that.

Ok i think i got what a gig is. I got in feverr and many refer to what they provide as GIG (by the way this is a great site, never new about it. Have thought something similar but not exactly that). I google it and GIG actually means (apart from gigabyte of course) a "job". But i found other acronyms as well for GIG like Green Is Good, God Is Great, Gay International Group etc etc ;)

Thanks for both of your suggestions! I think that even google terms are enough. I ll try the other one too.
