Hey, We don't provide reports but we give all clients their own unique rank tracking link were they can monitor their kws progress, I'll shoot you a pm now with some details.

I have used this service before and It didn't work for me.

He doesn't do any reporting which is fine by me, but my problem was that my emails were not answered in a timely fashion and some never got a reply. I know he's got a good reputation here in this forum but in my case his services were not executed to my satisfaction.

But what really upset me was that after I decided to cancel my subscription because of the poor communication by email and because I didnt see any movement whatsoever in my serps, he finally replied to one of my emails with the following pearl: "I've noticed you cancelled your subscription. if you don't have any money, I would prefer you didn't use my services"

Well, I do have the money but what I don't have is the patience for that kind of attitude, especially so when you are paying nearly 200 usd a month for it.

I had high hopes for this service because of the reviews in here but in my case it was a big let down. The biggest one I had in one year using the services provided in this forum.

Maybe he was too busy, maybe it was genuine mistake, but that final answer was really unnecessary. After all, I thought I was a customer and not just another mug. Maybe I was wrong about that too...

Your problem was never with our service and I know this because you never gave the service a chance! You cancled your subscription like 3 weeks in before even the second months payment was due! You were also in on a promo discount price if you remember of $157, now I actually contacted you first to find out what was wrong at the time (I have records btw) you emailed back then to tell me that you wouldnt be subsribing again until you got an update on what we were doing with your site, I explained to you that it takes time, that I didn't want clients that were going to cancle 3 weeks in so if you didn't have the time or funds it may not be for you, that we do not provide reports and that this was all clearly laid out in our op! You didn't like this.

Now I do have emails to show all this by the way, so I'm not sure were your getting poor email communication from? Maybe the communication problem is more that you didn't like what I had to say? Your right about one thing I am busy BUT if you speak with any of my clients you'll find I answer every email usually within a few hours even helping with stuff way out of my call of duty its been mentioned in a few reviews actually.

Our last email was me again explaining things and asking you what you'd like to do and I have not heard back from you until now a month later? We could have had this resolved long ago. Anyhow will shoot you a pm now and arrange to refund you for that one discounted month just to show we do not think you are a mug as you said.
